Shipping policy
All deliveries are done with a two-person delivery team & delivered to your room of choice. Orders in rural out of area locales are quoted on an individual basis and will carry a surcharge as passed on by the carrier however we still subsidise the main cost, usual postcodes are AB, BT, DD, KY, FK & PA, also TR, PL, TQ, EX, and PH, IV, KW, HS, - and Channel Islands if applicable. UK mainland delivery within 3-7 working days from payment confirmation subject to whether pre order or stock item.

Orders must be completed in full, including mobile phone number, before we can dispatch any item; orders cannot be processed without all information required.

All items are sent via dedicated courier, which is always a signature-required service.

You will be contacted before delivery by the courier so someone can be available to check and accept your item.

Most TV bed deliveries are done by a specialist two-person team that will take them to the room of your choice.

All deliveries are self-assembly unless assembly has been arranged. Please check all boxes before signing.

If a failed delivery occurs, the courier company will have to re-warehouse and re-deliver the bed at a later convenient date. This will incur costs of £75 payable by the customer.
